How do I request a job?: Choose your job, enter your address and choose a professional and time. Check your details and send your request. Your appointment is confirmed once the professional accepts.
Do I need to be at home?: You or someone else needs to be there to let the professional in. It helps to stay until the end so you can check the work together.
What about the guarantee?: Op het werk van de vakman zit 3 maanden garantie. Je wettelijke rechten blijven gelden. Neem contact op als er iets niet goed is gegaan. Dan bespreken we hoe dit wordt opgelost.
Can I cancel my appointment?: Cancellation is free until 12 hours before your appointment. Open your personal status page to cancel. Within 12 hours, ask our team to cancel. We will discuss any costs with you first. Your appointment remains in place until we confirm the cancellation.
My job or address is not listed. What can I do?: Describe your job in the request form. If your address is outside our service area, contact us to discuss the options. An appointment outside our service area is not always possible.
